Often times I hear people say “I don’t have any work to do now, it’s really boring”. What these people do is simply sit in their couch, watch some movie, and eat some junk foods and texting a lot. Some people might envy them since they do not have much work to do. But like what is mentioned in the statement, life like that one is really boring.
I think we are uniquely created to enjoy life. For me God has given us a life to enjoy and experience all the wonderful gifts that He has given us in this world like family, friends and everything that surround us. There are a lot of things to do when you get bored, you can visit your long friend who you have not seen for a long time. This can be very helpful to your friendship. As what they say, time is most precious thing that you can give to any of your friends or acquaintances. Time spend could never be taken back anymore, so you need to spend the most out of it on things that can truly bring you inner happiness. Another thing that you can do is to have a walk with a companion or all by yourself. When was the last time you have gone for a walk? It is not only good for your health, it can also be a good way for you to see the wonders that God has created in your surroundings.
So the next time you say, I don’t have anything to do, think of what life really means to you, and you will surely see that there are a lot of work that you need to accomplish. Enjoy life since we only have a spare of time to spend with people whom we love and care for. We do not own our time, it is owned by the one who created us.

ReplyDeleteOne thing that differ life from work is the fact that in life you can freely choose which path to follow which is contrary to work where we are bound to stay within a career plan.
