Chin Up, Bright Days Ahead

When we had our walk in the streets of Davao last week, one of the things that caught my attention is the vandalized statement I saw I one wall which say “Chin up, Bright days ahead”. Honestly, I was shocked when I have read this message since it really lightened up my feeling. Being able to read such phrase is really comforting. I suddenly ask myself why this statement is in this wall, as far as I know, when we say vandalism, most of the works of marks that we see would be nonsense. But, this one is really different.

We do have different problems that we face every day. But, there will always be an assurance for a bright day, the same as what was stated in the wall that I have seen.  In one statement of a song, there will always be a rainbow after a rain.

So if you are currently facing some big problems now, you do not need to worry that much for it just means that there is a brighter tomorrow ahead of you. Just do not run from your problem and face it head on. You do know that you have a Big God right? If you believe that there will always be someone who will be there for you no matter what, you will never be afraid of the problems that you will face. Though human as we are, we really do feel the fear when we have problems, especially on time when we think that the world seems to be turning its back on us. Actually, you do not have to worry, since the world means nothing, what matters most is the one who created us and definitely He will never turn his back on us.

Face your problems with hope, Chin up, for there is a bright day ahead!
